The procurement concerns the purchase of: • PaaS and IaaS services on one Cloud Platform with support (hereafter referred to as Standardised Cloud Services). • Consultancy services, support and any other accompanying services (hereafter called Additional Services). • Relevant third party products. The objective of the procurement is to give the Contracting Authority access to a Cloud Platform from one Manufacturer with support, advice and accompanying services. The primary part of the procurement is access to the Skyplattformen. Based on the purpose and in order to create an opportunity room, the type of contract has been decided to enter into a framework agreement. The standard terms for standardised cloud services are included in Annex 11 and are binding for the Contracting Authority regarding the requirements for the provision of Standardised cloud services. The contracting authority ́s risks connected to such standard terms will be subject to evaluation. The framework agreement shall be valid for three years, calculated from the date it is signed by both parties. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for one + one + one year. Estimated value of the framework agreement over six years: NOK 100 million - NOK 1.2 billion excluding VAT. Maximum amount under the Framework Agreement: NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT.
