The framework agreement shall ensure the contracting authority access to consultancy and technical assistance, with relevant competence within the following disciplines: 1. Consultant engineer for construction (RIB) 2. Consultant engineer for fire (RIBr) 3. Consultant engineer for electro (RIE) 4. Consultant engineer for HVAC (RIV) 5. Consultant engineer for water sewage and surface water (RIVA) and roads 6. Consultant engineer for geo engineering (RIG) 7. Consultant engineer for energy (RIEn), and environmental consultant (RIM) 8. Architect (ARK) 9. Area planning and development work 10. Engineering design manager and engineering design group manager (PLG) 11. Landscape architect (LARK) The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The contracting authority can announce individual competitions for larger/special projects. Where assignments included in the descriptions in the framework agreement are included as part of a larger project, the contracting authority can, after a total assessment in the specific case, decide that the assignment can be added to another.
