Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development (UKE) invites tenderers to a written market dialogue for a new framework agreement for temporary staff services - doctors. The aim of the procurement is to ensure access to qualified personnel in short-term absences, when holidays are wound up and in extraordinary situations where it is necessary to enter with more resources than the municipality can at its disposal at the relevant time. The agreement shall cover the need to hire doctors for municipal entities, primarily nursing homes, health institutions and home services in the districts.
