Framework agreement for the collection, simulation and analysis of meteorological and oceanographical data.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Development (hereafter called the contracting authority) will enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers for the delivery of measurements, simulations and analyses of wind, wave and electricity data and related services. The aim of the framework agreement is to assist the contracting authority with mapping, modelling and analysing the natural climate in transport projects if the contracting authority itself does not have the capacity to carry out the work: The framework agreement is divided into 5 sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1. Collection of wind and other meteorological data. Sub-contract 2. Collection of oceanographical data Sub-contract 3. Analysing and modelling wind and other meteorological parameters. Sub-contract 4. Analysing and modelling waves. Sub-contract 5. Analysing and modelling currents and other oceanography. The intention is to enter into identical parallel framework agreements with up to 2-3 tenderers for each sub-contract.
