Framework agreement for the purchase of interpreter services

The aim of the agreement is the delivery of interpreter services from qualified train caters. "Qualified interpreters" is defined as an interpreter who fulfils the requirement to be listed in the National Interpretation Register. Interpretation services include interpretation of meiner to/from Norwegian and the norwegian language. The contract is for all main applications for telephone interpretation. The agreement can also apply for screen interpretation, then on the same terms. Tenderers shall also offer an option for translator services with a change of scripture document to the same language. Stiftelsen NOK. Sogn og Fjordane, org.nr. 998 382 726 shall be able to enter into the agreement on the same terms as the municipality. The contracting authority has the estimated volume per annum to approx. NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is uncertain. The volume will depend on the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. The volume can therefore vary both up and down. The contract does not include any purchasing obligation. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including options and expected price rise is NOK 6,600,000. The estimated total value of the procurement is above the EEA threshold.
