Framework agreement for the purchase of plastic foil adhesive sheets for test characteristics

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of plastic foil adhesive sheets for day sample marks. The delivery includes the production and distribution of plastic foil adhesive sheets to all of norway's traffic stations. The vehicle subject to registration can be moved, tested, demonstrated or driven in connection with registration without being registered. The vehicle shall have a valid certificate mark in place for such use and it must be in proper condition. Test plates (day tests) can be ordered by private persons and companies directly at a traffic station or via the Contracting Authority ́s own self-service systems. The test plates are printed at the traffic stations and distributed via the counter or sent to the orderer by mail.
