The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer per lot, which in a cost efficient and environmentally good way covers the need for transport and disposal of gypsum waste. The contracting authority receives gypsum waste from both private households and commercial customers, and there will be a need to transport the gypsum waste to disposal from several locations. The contracting authority for the procurement are the four waste companies Horisont Miljøpark IKS, Hadeland and Ringerike Avfallsselskap AS (HRA AS), GLØR IKS and Sirkula IKS. These four companies are part of the procurement cooperation, with Sirkula IKS as the host company.
