The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of institutional kitchen machines/equipment (A), packaging machines and packaging (B) as well as small equipment for the kitchen (C) that is used in the contracting authority ́s kitchen operation. User locations are municipal institutional kitchens, reception kitchens/post kitchens in nursing homes, residential and activity centres, canteens, school kitchens etc. Private institutions in Stavanger will decide whether they would like to participate as the contracting authority. The other user locations are obliged by the contract. The contracting authority ́s user places vary in size and have different needs, and the purchasing pattern will therefore vary from user place to user place. The contracting authority estimates an annual contract value of approx. NOK 10.1 million excluding VAT. This gives a combined contract value (including options) of approx. NOK 40.50 million excluding VAT. Please note that this is an estimate and does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.
