The framework agreement is for the procurement of products (equipment and software), maintenance, advice and accompanying services. To the degree that there are new types of equipment/technology in accordance with the Contracting Authority ́s stated needs, this shall be procured under the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement includes an option for a maintenance register. The Register shall have an overview of the maintenance status of the equipment delivered to the contract, including guarantee, expected lifetime, service/maintenance agreement for the equipment.
