Framework agreement - Land transport and crane vehicle.

Statnett SF needs to enter into framework agreements for land transport and crane vehicle services. The agreements shall take climate and environmental challenges into consideration and promote a reduction of the climate and environmental footprint. Statnett SF would like to enter into framework agreements with several suppliers. Framework agreements shall be signed for the following sub-areas: 1. Land transport services - only for freight a) Area Helgeland and Salten: Statnett SF has a framework agreement with one service provider. An agreement will be signed with at least one tenderer to ensure sufficient coverage of the needs. b) Area Møre og Romsdal, including local zones for 1. Nordmøre and Romsdal and 2. Sunnmøre. If Romsdal is signed, a contract will be signed with at least two tenderers. In zone 2 - Sunnmøre, there is partial agreement coverage with a tenderer. c) Area Hallingdal and Ringerike: A contract will be signed with at least two tenderers. d) Central warehouse Nesbyen: Transport from and to the central warehouse. A contract will be signed with at least two tenderers on 2 May 2018. Crane vehicle services a) Area Helgeland and Salten: Statnett SF already has a framework agreement with one supplier. An agreement will be signed with at least one tenderer to ensure sufficient coverage of the needs. b) Area Møre og Romsdal, including local zones for 1. Nordmøre and Romsdal and 2. Sunnmøre. If Romsdal is signed, a contract will be signed with at least two tenderers. In zone 2 - Sunnmøre, there is partial agreement coverage with a tenderer. c) Area Hallingdal and Ringerike: A contract will be signed with at least two tenderers. Distribution of assignments: The contracting authority will choose which tenderer will be awarded each assignment in the framework agreement based on 1. Response time and availability in order to carry out the specific assignment as fast as possible and/or 2. Price. See annex 1 for further details on the delivery. The framework agreements will be signed for 4 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1+1 year, so that the contract has the maximum duration of eight years. The estimated value of the contract is NOK 10-15 million excluding VAT per annum. Over 8 years
