Framework agreement - Legal services in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (hereafter called the Customer) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of legal services. The framework agreement is divided into two sub-contracts, divided in legal areas/disciplines: • Sub-contract A: IT procurements, IT contract law and privacy (GDPR) • Sub-contract B: Veglova and vegtrafikkloven etc. The framework agreement shall apply to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration as the agency and it can be used by all divisions in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and by the Directorate of Public Roads. If, during the agreement period, a restructuring of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration occurs, any legal successors in accordance with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration can use the framework agreement. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the need for legal assistance and consultancy within the legal areas included in the contract, where the Customer does not have the competence or resources to manage it itself.
