Framework agreement - locks and fittings

RIH invites tenderers to a competition for a new framework agreement for locks and fittings. Hereunder delivery, installation, maintenance, service and repairs of locks and fittings, door closers and door automation. The contracting authority intends to enter into a joint contract for Vefsn municipality and Grane municipality. The estimated annual value for Vefsn municipality is NOK 600,000 (excluding VAT) The estimated value over 4 years is NOK 2,600,000 (excluding VAT) The framework agreements have a duration of two years, with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year extension. The scope of the services will vary from year to year, depending on what projects are carried out within management, operation and maintenance. The procurement volume is a guideline and does not obligate the contracting authority. The stated extent is an estimate based on previous amounts. All prices are given excluding VAT.
