The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of office supplies, school materials and kitchen packaging for the municipalities of Indre Østfold, Rakkestad, Råde, Marker, Aremark. Each collaborating party shall sign a separate contract with the chosen tenderer and will be responsible for following-up the framework agreement in the contract period.
