Paralle framework agreements - Plumbing services MKEiendom invites tenderers to an open tender contest for parallel framework agreements for plumbing services. The framework agreement is for the execution of planned and emergency trade services within plumbing and sanitary installations, as well as the delivery of sanitary equipment in the Contracting Authority ́s owned buildings and residences with the accompanying outside areas. The framework agreements will be valid for 2 (two) years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 2 years (1+1) on the original contract terms, a total of maximum 4 years. Based on historical figures from previous framework agreements and expected consumption, the annual value of the two parallel framework agreements is, in total, estimated to NOK 15,000,000. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 60,000,000.
