Framework agreement recruitment assistance

Description du marché

The aim of the procurement is to cover the Norwegian Food Safety Authority ́s need for recruitment assistance. A framework agreement shall be signed with one (1) to two (2) tenderer(s). In order to ensure sufficient capacity, the Contracting Authority will consider parallel framework agreements with up to 2 tenderers, who shall assist the Norwegian Food Safety Authority when recruitment cannot be carried out by its own employees. It is important that tenderers describe how they can ensure sufficient capacity in particular the first year due to the OU process that the Norwegian Food Safety Authority is in progress with (see more information in Annex 1 Needs and Requirement Specifications) where they will assist with recruitment.
