Framework agreement recruitment services

Folketrygdfondet would like to enter into a framework agreement valid from 20.08.24 with up to three (3) tenderers on assistance with recruitment services. Tenderers shall be able to assist in all phases of the recruitment process with assistance with recruitment of managers and other employees. The procurement is for 2 years with an option for a further 1+1 year, so that the total possible contract period is 4 years (until 20.08.2028 if the options are taken up). Notification of extension shall be given in writing at the latest 3 (three) months before the framework agreement expires. The framework agreement ́s estimated and maximum value is NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use in accordance with our best judgement. The estimate does not involve any obligations to withdrawal or purchase. The concrete call-offs depend on the users ́ changing needs in the framework agreement period.
