Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Customer, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for RPA services with 1 tenderer. Trondheim municipality has adopted RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to make it more efficient and increase the degree of automation of work processes and developed a Digital employee, Robot Roger. The development work started in 2017 and the municipality's Digital Employee is now responsible for several work processes in the municipality, divided between different disciplines. In total Trondheim municipality has 24 processes and sub-processes in production.
