The objective of the agreement is to provide assistance with planning, development and implementation of campaigns and major communication initiatives, and consultancy related to the use of a campaign as a means for the disciplines of family protection and parent supervision. This sub-contract deals with campaigns and other communication initiatives that shall reach the population that shall use these services/offers, so that the scope is largely about end-user communication. It is therefore important that the tenderer develops work that resoniates well with final users, who make use of the parent-day services and family protection offers. The sub-contract can include long-term work.
