The framework agreement applies to: General service, maintenance, new installations, checks and troubleshooting of electrical installations. Electro shall annually service fire centrals, smoke hatches and other installations. The tenderer shall also assist the Contracting Authority with administering the contracting authority ́s alarm transmissions, currently. Addsecure, and follow-up deviations in accordance with supervision from the power provider (Glitre nett) via the web. Tenderers shall offer FSE courses and a separate course for building companies that operate and operate electrical installations in buildings and installations. Automation in connection with water and sewage installations, treatment plants, water treatment plants, pumping stations (frequency converters, ups, pump automation etc.). Tenderers must secure their own competence to assist the Contracting Authority on technical installations such as video surveillance, theft alarms, blind controls etc. These assignments can, alternatively, be carried out via sub-suppliers approved by the Contracting Authority.
