Framework contract for the supply of Veklury

The Framework contract (FWC) will be concluded under the Joint Procurement Agreement for Medical Countermeasures. The Commission (HERA) and 14 Member States (HR, CY, DK, EE, EL, IE, IS, LV, LT, MT, NO, RO, SI) participate as the contracting authorities in the FWC. Veklury is a treatment against severe Covid-19 for adults and pediatric patients, authorized by the EMA. The FWC will give the contracting authorities access up to 2 250 000 vials of Veklury on a flexible basis, during up to 3 years of contract duration. Art. 12 (3) of the Regulation EU 2022/2371 is a legal basis for the procurement procedure.
