Fruit and vegetables for Troms County - RFI

Troms County (hereafter called the contracting authority) needs to enter into a new framework agreement for the delivery of fresh fruit and vegetables to our canteens. We are currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparation for the coming competition, we would like to hold a market dialogue. The contracting authority has formulated a set of questions in the attached document 'Questions to the Market', which we hope relevant suppliers can answer. Tenderers are asked to answer the contracting authority ́s questions directly in the document, under each point. The deadline for submitting feedback is 07.05.25, 12:00 at the expiry of the hearing deadline, the contracting authority will review all inputs. Then we will consider what input it might be appropriate to include in the final documents. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input and emphasises that the attached documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Tenderers who register can be contacted by the contracting authority at a later date in the preparation phase, as needed and further questions. Please note that Troms County does not refund any costs incurred during the hearing participation.
