The procurement covers the purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) gas chromatography mass spectrometer (“GC-MS”) including the computer to control the GC-MS and required software as defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and in Appendix 1.1 "Technical Requirements". The requirements for the delivery and installation of the GC-MS are defined in the section 7 of the Agreement (Appendix A). In addition, the procurement covers the purchase and delivery of consumables and spare parts and the provision of maintenance services and training for the acquired GC-MS. The consumables and spare parts are defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and the training is defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and in section 4.5 of the Agreement. The requirements for delivery of consumables and spare parts are defined in section 7 of the Agreement. In the "Value of all contracts awarded in this procedure" field of this notification, the total comparison price of the selected supplier’s tender has been stated. AGREEMENT PERIOD AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE The Supplies shall be delivered as described in section 7.2 of the Appendix A "Agreement". After the acceptance of the GC-MS the Agreement shall be valid for the maintenance services, additional training, consumables, spare parts and help desk for a fixed period of five (5) years after which the Agreement shall be valid until further notice. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Supplier is committed to provide software updates for the software specified in Appendix 1 for the entire lifetime of the GC-MS purchased under the Agreement. The pricing of such software updates is based on Appendix 2.
