Gender differences in income and other financial resources

Bufdir would like a compiled and updated overview and analysis of differences in income and other financial resources between men and women in Norway, as well as what factors contribute to these differences overall, for different households and in the lifetime perspective. The analyses shall include differences in professional income, capital income, different types of taxable and tax-free transfers, business income and wealth (including ownership, financial capital and debt). Furthermore, it is relevant to examine how income taxation and other financial resources affect the goal of equality and economic independence in a lifetime perspective.
