Geothermieprojekte Pullach Süd und Baierbrunn – Los 6: Bohrlochkopf / Wellhead

Deutsch: Die Innovative Energie für Pullach GmbH betreibt seit 2005 die Fernwärme-Versorgung der Gemeinde Pullach im Isartal durch Wärmegewinnung aus Tiefengeothermie, sowie den Ausbau und Betrieb eines Verteilnetzwerkes zur Lieferung der Wärme an Haushalte, Gemeinde- und Gewerbebetriebe. Aktuell sind circa 1.300 Haushalte und Betriebe an das Netz angeschlossen. Zusätzlich zu den bestehenden drei Betriebsbohrungen und dem dazugehörigen Kraftwerk sind neue Bohrungen geplant, um Pullach bis zum Jahr 2027 vollständig und lückenlos mit erneuerbarer Wärme zu versorgen, aber auch um einen Teil des gestiegenen Bedarfs in den umliegenden Regionen von Pullach und Baierbrunn zu decken. Daher plant die IEP im Süden von Pullach mindestens 3 plus optional 2 Tiefbohrungen mit jeweils ca. 4.500 m MD. In Abhängigkeit davon sollen in Baierbrunn 4 plus optional 1 Tiefbohrung mit ca. 4.000 bis 5.000 m MD durch die GIG abgeteuft werden. Um mögliche Synergieeffekte bei den Bohrungen zu heben und die bestehenden Planungen termingerecht umzusetzen, ist eine frühzeitige Bestellung von Long Lead Items, wie z.B. Casings und Wellheads, unerlässlich. English: IEP has been supplying district heating to the households, and municipal and commercial businesses of Pullach since 2005 using heat from deep geothermal sources. To do so the distribution network is being operated and expanded continuously. Around 1,300 households and businesses are currently connected to this network. Together with the existing 3 operating wells and the associated power plant, new wells are planned to supply Pullach completely and securely with renewable heat by 2027, but also to meet some of the increased demands in the surrounding areas of Pullach and Baierbrunn. Therefore, IEP is planning a minimum of 3 plus 2 optional deep wells with approx. 4.500 m MD each in the south of Pullach and depending on those, 4 plus 1 optional deep wells with approx. 4.000 to 5.000 m MD are planned in Baierbrunn by GIG. To exploit potential synergy effects throughout the drilling campaign and to ensure timely execution of the current plan, it is crucial to order long lead items, such as casings and wellheads, well in advance.
