The Service Data Access Facility which will be an element of the EGNOS infrastructure having as a general objective to group in a secure and controlled manner the unique point of access to EGNOS data through the Internet. The Contract is structured into stages following a sequence of steps in research and innovation process, as follows: • Stage 1 – Initial design & prototyping • Stage 2 – Development, Factory Qualification & Site Acceptance, develop and qualify in factory the solution, ship, deploy, integrate the solution on site up to the final acceptance and hand over to operations complemented by warranty and possible maintenance support, where Stage 1 is awarded to two innovation partnership contractors, and Stage 2 will be authorized upon a down-selection process as defined in the Tender Specifications
