Hamranesskóli, turnkey project - Prequalification

The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður invites applications for participation in a restricted turnkey project tender for the design and construction of Hamranesskóli in Hafnarfjörður. The building will accommodate a primary school, a four-unit preschool, and facilities for music education, totaling approximately 9,000 m2. The school will be constructed in three phases, with each phase being approximately 3,000 m2. The completion dates for each phase are July 1st 2026, July 1st 2027, and July 1st 2028. The pre-qualification is open to all qualified applicants and is advertised in the European Economic Area according to Article 23, Paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act (OIL). Following the pre-qualification, the contracting authority will select up to five qualified companies to participate in the restricted tender.
