This tender concerns the hardware and software upgrade of the metafer system in order to increase the throughput and the adaptations needed to perform the ames 2 test, cometchip and chromosome aberration test on the existing system. Necessary hardware and software adaptations to change from a mercury lamp based fluorescence to a LED fluorescence light source (LED lamp, optimal led filter sets, …). Extra magazine and frames for the slidefeeder system New software, auto-oiler, Objective "Plan-Apochromat" 63x for the chromosome abberation test Objective EC "Plan-Neofluar" 5x, special frames for the miniaturized ames 2 test Special frames for cometchip assay All the necessary software and hardware adaptations to perform the ames 2 test including special frames
