The project that is being planned and executed is a sports hall for speed skating and ice hockey. The hall shall contain an artificial frozen ice surface for ice hockey and speed courses as well as an artificial grass surface. In addition there shall be changing rooms and cafe', connected to the hall. The cloakroom installations shall fulfil the requirements for tipping agents for ice and skating facilities (artificial ice rink) - ice rink. The installation is planned to be carried out in 2 construction stages. In construction stage 1, an artificial frozen track for ice hockey and a 400 metres fast track shall be established, necessary foundations for the plastic hall and preparation for technical installations at the inner track and technical rooms. In the second construction stage, a plastic hall is to be constructed over art frozen courts and an extension for a plastic hall with changing rooms, cafes and stores. Construction phase 2 will be carried out provided that the financing is in place.
