Hankinnan kohteena on Hanning & Kahlin valmistamat HCS-V Vaunulaitteet 70 kappaleeseen Artic (MLNRV3) yksisuuntaisiin raitiovaunuihin, joilla kommunikoidaan vaihteen ja vaunun välillä. Vaunulaitteiden toimitus jaksotetaan 8/2025-10/2026 väliselle ajanjaksolle kahdeksaan toimituserään. Helsingin kantaverkon raitiovaunujen ratainfran lukkovaihdejärjestelmä on määritelty yhteensopivaksi Hanning & Kahlin valmistamien HCS-V Vaunulaitteiden kanssa sekä Artic (MLNRV3) raitiovaunuihin on tehtaalla valmistuksen yhteydessä rakennettu esiasennusvalmius Hanning & Kahl HCS-V Vaunulaitteille. Vaadittavat ominaisuudet täyttävän HCS-V Vaunulaitteen hankintahinnalle on asetettu kattohinta, joka on 8 000 € (alv 0 %) kappale. Mikäli tarjoajan ilmoittaman laitteiston hinta ylittää edellä mainitun kattohinnan, tarjous hylätään ja hankinta voidaan keskeyttää. Hankintayksikkö valitsee sopimuskumppaniksi yhden (1) toimittajan. Tarjottavien laitteistokokonaisuuksien tulee olla uusia. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. The subject of the procurement is HCS-V Communication systems manufactured by Hanning & Kahl for 70 Artic (MLNRV3) one-directional trams, which are used to communicate between the switch and the tram. The delivery of the Communication systems will be phased into eight delivery batches over the period August 2025 – October 2026. The Switch system of the Helsinki main network trams' track infrastructure has been defined as compatible with the Hanning & Kahl HCS-V Communication system, and the Artic (MLNRV3) trams have a pre-installation readiness for Hanning & Kahl HCS-V Communication system built into the factory during manufacturing. The purchase price of the HCS-V Communication system that fulfills the requirements has a price cap of €8,000 (VAT 0%) per piece. If the price of the equipment exceeds the above-mentioned price cap, the Tender shall be rejected and the procurement may be suspended. The procuring entity selects one of (1) the supplier with which it concludes the contract. The equipment offered must be new. The subject of the procurement and the relevant requirements are described in the request for tender and its annexes.
