1 piece High-power fiber-based ultrashort-pulse 2 µm laser system The Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Optics and Precision Engineering IOF is planning to purchase an ultrashort pulsed 2 µm laser system. The 2µm laser system must have a central wavelength of 1950 nm and deliver 450µJ, 150 fs pulses with an average output power of 40 W. The pulse repetition rate must be between 90kHz and 25 MHz. The laser housing and design must support a later upgrade to >1.5 mJ pulse energy and >150 W average output power.
