Hire of a lorry with drivers

The contracting authority needs to enter into framework agreements for the hire of a lorry with drivers in several categories. The contracts consist of the following: 1. Assignments of various lengths for the site department for water and sewage (the municipality ́s site layer). The scope consists of four (4) categories. The categories consist of the following: 1. 3 axled tipping vehicles/dumper trucks. 2. 3 axled hook lift vehicle. 3. 4 axled tipping vehicles/dumper trucks. 4. 4 axled hook lift vehicle. This agreement will only apply to Sandnes kommune Water and Sewage installations and call-offs will be made on new projects. If other entities would like to use the agreement, this shall be agreed separately with the Procurement Department in Sandnes kommune. The contracting authority is uncertain as to the total extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the entire contract period, including options, can be in the range of NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT. Maximum contract value: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and it shall not carry any obligations for the Contracting Authority or rights for the Tenderer. Subject to changes due to changed financial framework conditions, organisational changes and municipal activity.
