Hire of vessel for clearing of lost fishing equipment

The procurement is for the hire of vessels for clearing of lost fishing equipment along the Norwegian coast, the Continental Slope and parts of the Norwegian Sea and the Barents Sea. The Directorate of Fisheries would like to hire a vessel of minimum 50 metres long (LOA) for this expedition. The offered vessel ought to be rigged for effective search by using the vessel ́s deck arrangement for trawling. Selected areas along the coast and fishing banks will be prioritised. Usually these areas have been located on the stretch from Vestlandet to Finnmark, but parts of the Barents Sea can also be included. The expedition has a duration of minimum 38 days, with an option for a further 5 expedition days.
