This is a prior information notice where Sarpsborg municipality (also called the contracting authority) invites the supplier market to present a system for identity management and access management. Sarpsborg municipality shall procure a system for identity management and access management. Sarpsborg municipality would, thus, like to gain better knowledge of which products are available in the market before a competition starts. Tenderers are therefore invited to a dialogue conference where tenderers are invited to present their system. Sarpsborg municipality has few specific requirements in this prior information notice, but the solution must as a minimum be integrated with Visma Enterprise Plus, Microsoft EntraID and Devtec Cloud (service used for education to control access to the Internet). Agenda for the meetings: - Brief introduction from the contracting authority. - Brief introduction from the supplier - The tenderer will present his system. The contracting authority would like, in presentation to get answers to: - APIs and integration possibilities that are in the system. - Option for access management for both internal and external users. - What automation support is offered - The price model - Experience that the tenderer has with other public customers, preferably from the municipal sector - Input/advice the tenderer believes should be taken into consideration in the coming Competition Procedure for holding the dialogue conference: The dialogue conference will be held as one-to-one meetings between the contracting authority and each supplier. The meetings will take place on Teams during October 2024. The exact date and time will be agreed with each individual tenderer after the deadline for participation has expired. Up to 1.5 hours will be put aside for each tenderer. All communication shall be in Norwegian.
