IK-EEA 046-2025 Leasing vehicles and vehicle administration

Description du marché

The contract is for leasing new vehicles and administration of the municipality ́s total vehicles, including vehicles that were not procured under the contract or previous equivalent contracts, and the municipality ́s self-owned vehicles. Administration of the fleet includes i.a. ordering and delivery of new vehicles, administration of fuel cards, service, maintenance as well as repairs, replacement vehicles for stoppages, damage regulation, insurance, tyre hotel, toll roads, sales/disposal of vehicles, comprehensive reporting to Bergen municipality and operation of a database with all the necessary information. Advice and input for developments in the vehicle area - including appropriate organisation of the municipality ́s total transport need that shall be covered by vehicles.
