Impact Evaluation of Skilled-Worker Visas for Refugees

Met behulp van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve methoden zal het onderzoek de impact beoordelen van visa voor geschoolde werknemers die worden gefaciliteerd door de liefdadigheidsinstelling Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) op vluchtelingen en hun gezinnen. Het zal de faciliterende factoren en uitdagingen identificeren die van invloed zijn op het succes of falen van het programma van TBB. De consultant zal onder supervisie van de PI leiding geven aan het kwalitatieve werk en ondersteuning bieden aan het kwantitatief onderzoek. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, the research will assess the impact of skilled-worker visas facilitated by the charity Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) on refugees and their families. It will identify the enabling factors and challenges that influence the success or failure of TBB’s program. The consultant will lead the qualitative work under the supervision of the PI and provide support to the quantitative research.
