Nordland County invites tenderers to an information meeting on two part tender offers. Nordland county uses two divided tender models in several express boat contracts. In this model the tenderer operates one vessel owned by the county. This vessel is to be leased to tenderers on the Bareboat contract. After the contract period has ended, the vessel is returned to the county. Aim of the meeting: As two divided tenders are unknown to several operators, Nordland county would like to inform about the form of contract. Nordland County therefore invites to a Team meeting. In the meeting we would like to clarify the conditions surrounding the contracts and the responsibility that an operator takes on.
