Ísafjarðarbær, ID 540596-2639, Hafnarstræti 1, 400 Ísafjörður Iceland, invites bids for the hosting and operation of the municipality's information technology systems in accordance with Article 40(5) of the Public Procurement Act No. 120/2016. The procurement is publicly announced on www.utbodsvefur.is and the European TED website. The most economically advantageous offer based on evaluation criteria will be accepted, and a contract will be concluded accordingly. The buyer's cost estimate will be available at the time of bid opening. The goal of the buyer following the tender is to establish a comprehensive contract that covers all aspects, preventing the need for additional work or retroactive billing during the contract period. The buyer will reject any bids that exceed the cost estimate or fail to meet competency requirements (Section 1.1.5). However, the buyer reserves the right to accept bids exceeding the cost estimate if additional funding is secured. It is important to note that the contract is expected to include implementation and exit costs. Bidders should take this goal into account when preparing their bids and clarify any potential deviations that may arise during the contract period. 1.1.0 CONTRACT ARRANGEMENT AND DURATION The contract will be for three (3) years with an option for an extension of up to two (2) additional years. The contract resulting from this tender will be divided into three separate parts. Bidders can post bids for one (1) or more parts of the tender.
