The assignment is to carry out needs mapping and user analysis in close cooperation with internal resource persons in the Audit Authority. The analysis shall form a solid knowledge basis for the development of new websites for the Norwegian Competition Authority. We would like assistance in identifying and prioritising the different target groups for the website, their needs, expectations and challenges. This can be done by user surveys, analyses of user statistics, internal workshops or other relevant methods recommended by the tenderer.
