BKK AS intends to enter into a contract with the company Eviny Digital AS for the procurement of an infrastructure platform for communication services for the management and operation of the electricity network in BKK. The objective of the procurement is to ensure efficient and safe data flow in the contracting authority ́s operational control system for monitoring and management of the electricity network. The communication service must include both physical and logical networks. The contracting authority needs the network to have real time properties between power electronics components. There is a need to understand the power electronics application in order to understand how the network needs to be built. Security is a central part of the communication system. This applies to 1) Authentication, 2) Zones, 3) Traffic filter, 4) Monitoring and logging for SOC and remote access services. BKK ́s operational control systems must meet the requirements in the power stand-by regulations. The contracting authority is not aware that there are several tenderers who can provide the services that the contracting authority needs. If there are objections to BKK AS ́ intention to enter into the agreement with Eviny Digital AS, notification must be given within 10 days of the notice of intention notice.
