Intention notice for delivery of GIS platform.

Lillestrøm municipality intends to enter into a contract with a supplier of GIS platform (Geographical Information Systems), Geodata AS. The agreement comprises an ELA Free Use Agreement for a four year period. The contracting authority has developed a large professional environment with high competence in the use of ESRI technology and has a number of self-developed GIS systems based on ESRI technology. The systems cover different disciplines and several of these systems are closely integrated with the municipality ́s other ICT infrastructure. Here, for example, we mention: Self-developed systems for 3D visualisation for tablets/mobiles. - Fully digital system for property taxes, from data collection in the field, to decisions, invoicing and sending. - Ordering and delivery of water meters. - A number of automated systems for i.a. map delivery, data acquisition in the field, inhabitant dialogue and management systems. Any objections must be received by the Contracting Authority by 2.12.2024 at 09:00 at the latest.
