Bjørnafjorden municipality intends to enter into a contract for services with Sensio AS for the period 2025-2027. The municipality currently has an existing technical infrastructure and licence for localisation technology from Sensio AS. Over time this wart has been tested and adapted for use in tenesta. The municipality has a large number of existing user of Sensio AS ́ equipment for localisation technology. As a consequence of this and future strategy, the municipality requisitioned a change of supplier for a limited period as a disproportionate cost for operators, consumables and adds up to a coordinated agreement. Vidare does not have the organisation free capacity to implement a change or byte of platform for welfare technology. Me has also not travelled in strategic vala for a necessary collaboration and standardisation of equipment internally in the municipality, which is necessary to announce a good procurement process. Me is vidare in a period where the population settlement of the municipality changed dramatically and all of our available resources must be used for statutory and/or necessary changes in connection with this. In order to operate with proven and stable technology for institutions and persons with an all-established welfare technology platform from Sensio AS, the municipality will therefore prepare the current contractual relationship with Sensio AS for the period 2025-2027. This is with cheerleaders in the public procurement regulations §13-4, letter b, point 3: the procurement of debts that can be ordered by the tenderer can be delivered because the tenderer has one right, including immaterial rights. The tenderer has, in this case, worked over time to adapt permits for user licences, agitators and tenesta.
