Intention notice: Instrument for allergy and auto-antibodies analyses for the University Hospital of North Norway.

The University Hospital of North Norway, Laboratory medicine, will re-procure an instrument for allergy and auto-antibodies analyses. It is the contracting authority ́s opinion that there is only one actual supplier who can deliver a system that meets the Client ́s needs with regard to analysing spectres. The analysis system is also the only system where all analyses have a standardised quantitative response release in arbitrary units in accordance with international guidelines for quantitative responses, both for allergies and auto-immunity. A tender is therefore impossible for technical reasons. The procurement will be made as a procurement without a full tender, cf. the Regulation 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (FOA) § 13-4 letter b, point 2. The contract will be signed at the earliest 10 days after publication of the intention notice. See the attached intention notice.
