Intention notice - Operational agreement ERP system

The municipalities of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio and Vaksdal have established a joint ICT operations company, IKT Nordhordland municipal co-operation (IKTNH). IKTNH administers a joint contract for the operation of the municipalities ́ ERP system. The current system will be operated in cooperation with Visma. A new contract for Visma Enterprise Plus will be operated by Visma alone. IKTNH intends to enter into a contract for a transition from Visma Enterprise on-premise to Visma skyløsning (Visma Enterprise Pluss) with Visma AS. IKTNH has received notification from Visma AS about "end-of-life" for the current Enterprise system 31.12.2025. For IKTNH the municipalities will not have sufficient time to describe the complete need for the future ERP system and at the same time carry out a tender contest and project with sufficient quality by 31.12.2025. IKTNH intends to enter into a temporary continual contract with Visma AS for the operation of Visma Enterprise Plus. The contract can be terminated with one year notification. The contract will follow the current contract structure and include the same modules and functionality as that included in the current agreement. The IKTNH municipalities have decided to start a process for examining the future ERP system and functionality needs. The ERP system is one of the most complex and central solutions that the municipalities use because it has integrations with many other trade systems. Comprehensive and thorough reviews will therefore be required before a new tender contest can be published for this system. A central part of the coming review will be whether in the coming years it will be relevant with an ERP system or whether it can be relevant with several sub-systems and or suppliers of different trade systems. IKTNH intends to publish a tender contest for new ERP system(s) and use by 2028.
