Intention notice: Tenest concession - canteen Åsane sixth form college and arts centre

Vestland County c/o Åsane Vidaregåande school wishes to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the operation of a canteen at the new Åsane Sixth Form College and Arts Centre. The contracting authority will not pay the same or equivalent, and the tenderer is financially responsible for the operation of the canteen. The contracting authority will provide local services and equipment. The contracting authority would like an attractive and including canteen concept, both for the schooling and other visitors in the building and for cafes, serving and serving also afternoons/evenings and weekends as part of the cooperation with Bergen municipality on the Åsane Arts Centre and Library section. The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a contract with Spekter Pluss AS for a service agreement for the operation of the canteen at Åsane Sixth Form College and Arts Centre from August 2025 until July 2027, with an option for an extension for up to three years. Spekter Pluss AS was the einaste supplier who delivered tenders for this competition. I hoped that there would be interested suppliers so that a tender contest could be carried out. Difor announced Vestland County on 24 February 2025 a RFI, with a requested actors in the market who could offer operation of this canteen. At the expiry of the deadline for registering interest, 10.03.2025, Vestland County did not oppose nokon being held from other suppliers who can offer this tenesta. Based on the announced RFI 24.02.25, Vestland County has taken a decision to enter into a new contract with a novery supplier who operates this canteen, Spekter Pluss AS.
