Esval Miljøpark KF is a municipal company in Nes municipality. Esval needs a total system for digital, self-service access control at recycling station. This system is wanted through an application (app) and barrier with driver terminal. Esval needs an app with compatibility with Norkart/Komtek that can send out push notifications to users. The application shall function as an access certificate to the recycling station. The application must be connected to a farm and use number/sanitation fee, and there must be a complete system for self-service transport in and out of the station. The application must be able to separate private and business customers. Esval Miljøpark KF is of the opinion that VSP Miljø is the only tenderer of a total system that covers our need and therefore intends to enter into a contract with VSP Miljø.
