Sarpsborg Brann- og feievesen (hereafter called SBV) intends to enter into a contract with Bliksund AS (hereafter called Bliksund) for the procurement of Bliksund Grid Trade System. SBV needs a total system for handling follow-up of crews and equipment in daily operations, and that allows SBV to cooperate and share procedures with other fire brigades. SBV has therefore followed the market for fire service systems in Norway for a long time, and based on this activity it concluded that Bliksund is the only supplier in the Norwegian market who can currently deliver a trade system that meets the needs of SBV from such a trade system. Bliksund GRID professional system has close integration with existing systems that have already been implemented at our cooperation partners such as other fire brigades and the 110 centres. Bliksund is the main supplier of the video system chosen by the fire Norway via a contract with NKS 110 IKS. In the long term, this will give SBV the possibility to use GRID for access to this video system. The system also has an option for integration with external partners such as Visma GAT. SBV considers it advantageous to reduce the number of work surfaces we have to deal with, and thus increase the efficiency of our work. This system provides a comprehensive overview of resources, equipment, processes, exercises and simplifies communication and reporting. The system provides a system with many necessary tools together in one place, both for personnel and management.
