Intention notice - veterinary duty scheme large animals.
Description du marché
Tromsø municipality intends to enter into a contract with Veterinary surgeon Diogo Marques and Veterinary surgeon Marianne Kilvær indebted veterinary duty scheme for large animals. The contract will cover 100% of the duty scheme. The contract will be signed without a competition and a voluntary notice of intent. Several conversations and meetings with the market have been held to map out possible competition. A hearing has also been announced to try to attract possible suppliers. As the market appears today, there is a lack of competition in the current area. Based on supplier mapping, we know at the current time who will submit a tender. It will therefore not be effective use of time and resources if a competition is held for the current area, cf. the objective provisions in the Public Procurement Regulations § 1. The value of the contract is estimated to be just under NOK 1 million per annum. The contract will be valid for 1 year, with an option for an extension for up to 7 years, 1 year at a time. The maximum contract length is 8 years. An evaluation of the supplier situation will be carried out continuously. If we get indications that there are more people in the market who would like to provide this service, the contract will be terminated and a competition will be held in accordance with the foa and loa rules. Any objections are requested as soon as possible and at the latest by 17.06.24
