International Company Information Database

The Finnish Tax Administration is preparing a procurement of an online database of international company information, including a set of tools for analyzing the data. The database must include financial and ownership data of at least 100 000 000 enterprises and detailed financial and ownership data of at least 10 000 000 enterprises on selected continents. The database must be a Software as a Service (SaaS) and accessible via a common web browser (Edge and Chrome). The forthcoming procurement may contain an option of API-interface. This is request for information, not a contract notice. The intention of this is to inform the market of the contracting authority`s intention to launch a procurement procedure as well as to see what kind of options the market currently has to offer. Further, the contracting authority wishes to receive comments on the attached documents. This request does not constitute a formal invitation to tender or initiate a procurement procedure. Provided dates and the length of the contract period are estimates only.
