Invitation to a supplier conference for the sale of bus advertising

Telemark County, c/o the Public Transport Section, is preparing a competition for exclusive rights to the sale, production and assembly of advertisements om the back of the local buses Farte. I.e. buses that run for the contracting authority in Grenland. We invite tenderers to a digital supplier conference to obtain information about the market and open to questions about the procurement. The aim of the conference is to understand the branch ́s needs and prerequisites for success with this type of sale. In addition we would like to map out what will make such a competition attractive for suppliers to take part in. The meeting will be held digitally in Teams 2 December 2024, 09:00-10:00. Dialogue will be possible in a plenary meeting, but time will also be set aside for one-to-one meetings between 11.00 and 15:00 on the same day (up to 1 hour per service provider). Information shared from the contracting authority in connection with the supplier conference will be made available for anyone who wants to participate in the competition, cf. the public procurement regulations § 12-2. Registration for the supplier conference is to be sent to solfrid.djuve@telemarkfylke.no by 27 November at the latest. If a one-to-one meeting is requested, please provide information in the same e-mail.
