Trøndelag fylkeskommune (hereafter called TRFK) invites tenderers of a quality and internal control system to a market dialogue. The contracting authority is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations (LOA and FOA). Trøndelag county consists of a county administration, 32 sixth form colleges, vocational and adult education, Trøndelag vocational college and 52 dental clinics and currently has approx. 4,600 employees. We would like a market dialogue to gain insight and understand what can be delivered by systems for safeguarding general internal control in accordance with the Municipal Act ́s provisions (§25). There is also a desire to understand the cost structure and the offered service models. We would also like to have 1:1 meeting with suppliers who show their interest.
